A: Yes. All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. It is up to the buyer to determine and understand the facility's guidelines for receiving mail and the type of content that is permitted.
Q: What if the magazine I purchase for someone incarcerated is denied or refused?
A: All sales are final. No refunds. No Returns or exchanges.
Q: What if the magazine going to an inmate comes with a DVD?
A: PW USA will remove the DVD at no additional handling to cost to you.
